You shall abide by the FBROF's Terms and Conditions as set out herein and the changes thereto as communicated through and/or made available on Federal bank Retired Officers’ Forum Platform from time to time. You agree that your eligibility for FBROF membership is subject to the membership related clauses in the Byelaws of Federal bank Retired Officers’ Forum. You also hereby agree and understand that FBROF reserves its right to accept or reject your request at its discretion for availing the Membership of Federal Bank Retired Officers’ Forum and the decision if FBROF in this regard would be final. Further, you agree to execute Membership application form, Mandate for monthly subscription, Request for to FBOA for effecting transfer of due amount to the account of FBROF.

FBROF reserves the right to reject applications made through this website for availing membership or other services at any time if there are discrepancies in information and/or documentation provided by you. FBROF shall have the right to call for additional documents/ information to the extant as may be required to complete the Membership procedures.

Your acceptance to the Terms of Use of Federal Bank Retired Officers’ Forum is generated and preserved as electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, (together with its amendments, and rules made thereunder, and other prevailing law(s)/ regulations as may be applicable at the relevant point of time) and will be binding on you as a licensed user. By downloading, accessing, browsing, completing the sign- up process or submission of application for Mandate and Transfer of due amount of admission fee from the balance amount if any in FBOA Welfare Fund, you have expressly read, understood and accepted the entire Terms of Use while accessing the Federal bank Retired Officers’ Forum Platform. Upon commencement of access/ usage and by submitting your one-time electronic acceptance/ confirmation/ authentication either through registered mobile phone or through any electronic/web platform and/or through your email id to FBROF, it is construed as your deemed acceptance. If any of these Terms of Use conflict with any other document/ electronic record in this behalf, these terms andconditions shall prevail, until further changes/modifications are notified by FBROF.

By completing the registration process for availing the Federal Bank Retired Officers’ Forum you hereby agree and acknowledge that (i) you are at least 18 years of age, (ii) you are a Retired Officer of the Bank or a Former Officer who left service voluntarily or by any other way or you are the spouse of a deceased Officer of the bank and is eligible to apply for FBROF membership (iii) you can understand, read and access the world wide web/ internet in English language, (iv) you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Your personal details, information including your signature provided by you to FBROFthrough various forms of membership application, mandate and request for transfer of due amount from FBOA Welfare Fund or other details obtained through applications for any other services, shall vest with FBROF, and shall be used by the FBROFfor generating printed and electronic records of Application form (Form A), Mandate form (Form B),Fund transfer request from FBOA Welfare Fund in the specified format (Form D), in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that FBROF can collect, hold and use and transfer your personal data as it deems fit for any beneficial use of members in accordance with these Privacy Terms available at https://www.fbrof.com/privacy-policy. You also agree that FBROF may, at its discretion, share the relevant details provided by you, while engaging beneficial services of external agencies and institutions such as insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals

You irrevocably agree and understand that every member by a single sign in process and by logging in to the Members Area in the Federal Bank Retired Officers’ Forum Platform, you can access, and avail particular services and that no separate sign in shall be required for accessing other or each of the pages of the Website.

You agree that FBROF may at its sole discretion, amend any of the services/facilities given in particular through Federal Bank Retired Officers’ Forum through its website, either wholly or partially at any time

You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and OTPs as a member and FBROF shall not be liable for any loss/damage caused to you, in any manner whatsoever, arising out of/ in relation to, misuse of your Credentials, with or without your knowledge.
